From the moment you walk through the door you know it's gonna be a good session. Marco has a way of making you feel at home partly because of his easy going manner but mostly because he's completely at home in the studio. He has the kind of confidence that only comes from years behind the board and countless recordings. He knows his set up, his room and his gear inside and out. I appreciate his ability to execute quick and accurate punches and edits on the fly. The session never loses momentum which allows me to stay in the zone and lay down that keeper. Marco understands a variety of musical styles so whether I'm recording Drums on a rock tune, Congas on a salsa track or Vocals on a Reggae song he knows how to get the right sound. Quality mic's, great outboard gear and the latest software allow me to go from idea to iTunes all in one place. Last but not least, Marco Montoya is a fine musician with the best ear I've ever worked with. When it comes to recording vocals his attention to detail is unsurpassed and that's why he's my go to guy... If Marco isn't available, I'll wait until he is. Period.

In 2014 I began working on a project with Marco, in which he mixed, mastered, arranged, and produced a cd for me, titled, “Only God’s Grace”. He has an uncanny ability to achieve perfection in every style, and genre of music. Not only is he exceptionally easy to work with, but his talents seem to be unending. A talented musician in his own right allows him to achieve the musicality that you are seeking. What can I say my experience with working with Marco @ C2010 Productions has been great! He gives off positive energy & makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Marco has a lot of patience and provides feedback and suggestions. He is truly talented in many ways and multitasks from editing, creating beats to playing instruments singing coro, etc. He can do it all! Its good to know that he cares about the sound coming out of my vocal instrument as well, rather than just the beat and instruments itself. When I contacted Marco @ C2010 Productions with extremely short notice (and I know he normally has an extremely busy schedule), he was able to accomodate me in creating a track for a major TV competition I was performing in! Regardless of how busy he was somehow he made it happened and provided me with an amazing track that was aired on San Francisco Bay Area local Ch. 42 & 19. That alone says a lot. He cares about the music and truly enjoys the work he does, putting 110% effort into every project.
